Lemon Tart Extra






















So, I made my own lemon tart from the recipe in Josi's book. It was really delicious, especially nice as a cool summer treat. I didn't use a tart pan, but it turned out anyway!

Did you use the extra 1/4 cup of sugar as it suggests? We tried a bunch of recipes from the book for book club, and the person who did the lemon tart added the extra sugar. I thought it was really sweet, but everyone else thought it was really tart. What did you think?

I made the brownies, and they were really rich!

I used the extra sugar. It was more on the sweet side, than tart side, but I liked it that way. Though it tasted yucky when it was warm. It had to be straight out of the fridge to be really yummy.
