Somehow, though, she's much less interesting in First Day. The good thing about First Day is that is doesn't have quite so many characters to follow. It's pretty predictable, though.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05344704891037668456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6807429094923068193.post-82768960553021524482008-06-20T13:48:00.000-07:002008-06-20T13:48:00.000-07:00Thanks for the info! Thanks for the info!Gamilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15036914988897590304noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6807429094923068193.post-44596700091797062662008-06-19T00:00:00.000-07:002008-06-19T00:00:00.000-07:00I picked up First Day, not knowing that it was a s...I picked up First Day, not knowing that it was a sequel. I was a bit put off at first with each chapter being in first person, but with a different character each time, but I soon got the rhythm of it and got into the story.
I like that the book stands on it's own, without making me feel like I missed a lot by not reading the first book.
I haven't quite finished it yet, but so far am really enjoying the story, and how the characters lives intertwine.Pathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05690913518479065669noreply@blogger.com
